About these numbers

law Agency fee: the official notice on real-estate brokerage fees caps the fee for arranging a lease at 1 month's rent × 1.1 (including tax) in total; for a home, at most 0.55 month from each side unless that side agreed in advance.
typical (estimate) Deposit, key money, guarantor fee, insurance, key change and prepaid rent vary by landlord, area and agency. The ranges shown are common practice, not rules, and are not taken from an official source.
Residential rent is not subject to consumption tax; agency fees and many service fees are.
